Telecalling Executive – Recruitment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

• At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.

• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs is a plus.

• Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls and following up consistently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calling Candidates for Sourcing

• Reach out to candidates from the provided list to explain job opportunities.

• Screen candidates by asking basic questions to gauge their interest and availability.

• Maintain accurate call records and update internal trackers with candidate responses.

2. Follow-Up and Coordination

• Follow up with candidates to confirm their participation in scheduled interviews.

• Handle any rescheduling requests from candidates and communicate them to the internal team.

• Assist the team in scheduling interviews by coordinating between candidates and clients.

3. Recruitment Support

• Help in building and maintaining candidate databases.

• Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.

• Provide feedback from candidates to the internal team to improve the sourcing process.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 Year of Telecalling Experience: Experience in recruitment coordination is a plus.

• Strong Communication Skills: You are confident, clear, and professional when talking to candidates.

• People Skills: You build rapport quickly and make candidates feel comfortable.

• Organizational Skills: You can handle multiple calls and follow-ups without missing important details.

• Attention to Detail: You ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded.

• Proactive Approach: You take ownership of your work and suggest improvements to processes.

Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar)
Work Mode: On-site (Monday to Friday)
