Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to drive projects across tech, product, design, and marketing teams at Altifi.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Project Management experience in tech

• Experience managing projects in a product-based company

• Expertise in team management, sprint planning, and conducting standups

• Strong understanding of tech, product, design, and marketing functions

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Notion

• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Excel

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• High-level understanding of tech infrastructure

• Experience working closely with developers

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across tech, product, design, and marketing

• Plan and manage sprints, daily standups, and track progress

• Assist the founder with detailed project planning and execution

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines

• Identify risks early and implement effective solutions

• Provide regular project updates to the leadership team

• Create version documents and related project documentation

• Monitor daily, weekly, and long-term timelines to ensure project goals are met
