Technical Lead (R&D)

Future OS is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (R&D) to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and guiding the technical roadmap while utilizing expertise in AI/ML, computer vision, and cloud architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development and technical leadership
• Expertise in AI/ML concepts, technologies, and computer vision
• Strong skills in programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven experience in R&D/startup environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the technical roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and researchers
• Develop POCs and prototypes utilizing Unity/WebGL, Core Python, computer vision, deep learning, and cloud deployment
• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle
• Ensure high-quality coding, testing, and deployment practices
• Champion new technologies and methodologies within the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI/ML integration into existing systems

Job Details:

• Location: Al Wasl Avenue - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Visa sponsorship, annual flight fare, medical insurance, and annual leave provided
• Candidates must relocate to Dubai and work from the office
