Senior UI/UX Designer - Pune

Musafir is hiring a Senior UI/UX Product Designer in Pune to lead design across digital travel platforms. You’ll drive user-centric solutions for both B2C and corporate products impacting millions of users.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong digital product portfolio

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related fields

• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and prototyping tools

• Strong user research and usability testing skills

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, and WebEngage

• Understanding of information architecture and design systems

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and multi-device optimization

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms

• Exposure to fast-paced, cross-functional product teams

• Experience mentoring junior designers or leading small design teams

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, persona development, and usability testing

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align business and design goals

• Define and optimize user flows, navigation, and content structures

• Establish and manage a scalable design system across all products

• Use analytics tools to guide design improvements based on user behavior

• Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across platforms

• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture
