Software Engineer (.Net, C#)

Overview

Seeking an software engineer to join first product teams in Mumbai. You will be leading web-based projects focused on improving internal tools for sports analysts across multiple platforms, with an emphasis on backend services and operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years in backend development with C#, .NET Core, and AWS.
• Strong grasp of full-stack web application architecture.
• Solution-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and balancing quality with customer value.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cross-cultural and remote team environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver web features.
• Enhance tools and processes for sports analyst training.
• Optimize workflows to improve data collection speed and accuracy.
• Work with global teams, occasionally adjusting for time zones.

Interview Process

1. Screening -Initial HR assessment for fit.
2. Technical Assignment - Focused on problem-solving and coding skills.
3. Final Cultural/Team Fit Interview - With  US-based team for cultural alignment and team dynamics.
