Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong backend experience

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build production-grade backend systems

• Experience working at a startup or in a fast-paced product environment

• Comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams

• Open to building products from 0-1 and iterating quickly based on feedback

• Willing to work from the office in HSR, Bengaluru

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems for Dodge AI's products

• Own features end-to-end, from understanding the problem to production

• Build reliable APIs, services, integrations, and supporting infrastructure

• Work on complex engineering problems involving AI-powered enterprise workflows

• Debug production issues and improve system reliability and performance

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into simple solutions

• Contribute to engineering practices as the product and team scale
