Senior Software Engineer (C#, DotNet)

Requirements 

• 7-9 years in software engineering roles, with 2+ years in leadership or management.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and cloud services (AWS).
• Strong understanding of full-stack web application architecture.
• Proven technical leadership skills, with experience in mentoring engineers.
• Proficiency in GraphQL, MongoDB, and MySQL is preferred.
• Located within commuting distance of Mumbai and available 5 days per week

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cross-cultural, remote teams.
•  Knowledge of sports data and video-based applications.
•  Adjacent languages, frameworks, and services used at scale are plus.

Responsibilities 

• Lead backend development and optimization for sports analysis tools
  
• Provide technical guidance and solve complex challenges.
• Architect scalable backend solutions to improve performance.
• Enhance operational processes and data accuracy.
• Solve complex technical challenges aligned with product strategy.
