Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum master
Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software teams
Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles
Proven servant leadership mindset
Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to guide teams toward high-quality and predictable delivery
Customer-focused approach to product development
Currently working at a product based organisation

Responsibilities

Enable squads to deliver features in a predictable and sustainable manner
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
Partner with Product Managers to refine and prioritize the product backlog
Remove impediments and resolve team-level blockers
Promote self-organization, continuous learning, and continuous improvement
Ensure clear communication between squads and stakeholders
Act as an Agile coach and advocate across teams

Job Location: Hybrid in Mumbai, India (Work from Office)
