Senior Program Manager (SaaS) - Bengaluru/Hyderabad

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for the CPO’s Office. This role will act as the operational backbone of the Product, Engineering & Design (PED) organisation, driving alignment, execution discipline and visibility across strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5‑7 years of Program Management experience in high‑growth SaaS/product companies

• Strong background in Product Ops, CX or strategic program functions

• Proven experience with OKR frameworks, governance rhythms and cross‑functional alignment

• Excellent analytical skills: ability to define, track and communicate metrics effectively across stakeholders

• Strong communications, documentation and evangelisation skills – turning opaque product processes into transparent storytelling

• Hands‑on with collaboration tools (ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Figma, Pendo, Microsoft Suite) and a natural inclination toward AI‑driven productivity workflows

• Sharp stakeholder management skills: able to work across Product, Engineering, CX, Sales and Marketing with empathy and influence

• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration and balancing strategic & operational priorities

• Able to operate independently, in a very fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate execution of CPO Office OKRs with PED, CX, CRO and GTM teams

• Maintain operational cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) focused on accountability and measurable outcomes

• Drive roadmap rigor ensuring clarity on depth, dependencies, approvals and alignment

• Define and institutionalise Product Health metrics with Engineering and CX

• Maintain dashboards for real‑time product performance visibility

• Ensure health metrics are tracked with RAG statuses and OKR governance integration

• Lead governance for PED: OKR planning, awareness and visualisation

• Coordinate MBRs covering product health, roadmap, insights and bug/debt reviews

• Anchor interlocks with CPO and CXOs for decisions and alignment

• Manage CPO comms: weekly updates, release notes, reviews and all-hands content

• Codify onboarding experience with documentation and structured repositories

• Support culture by embedding Product & Design principles and tracking org health

• Support hiring, onboarding and competency development across PED

• Champion remote-first and AI-first practices through rituals and tools

• Build rhythms for Customer Intelligence (CAB/DAB, competitive insights, JTBD mapping)

• Run programs for Customer Zero, beta management, complex deals and roadmap balance
