Senior Product Manager to lead lending products end-to-end, owning roadmap, PRDs, and execution for scalable, compliant digital lending systems.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of overall product experience

• Minimum 5 years in lending or fintech products

• Strong knowledge of secured lending workflows

• Hands-on experience with LOS and LMS platforms

• Experience with KYC, CKYC, bureaus, and payment integrations

• Strong PRD writing and stakeholder management skills

• Good understanding of RBI compliance and audits

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap for lending and loan lifecycle

• Write clear PRDs and drive execution with engineering

• Build and optimize LOS, LMS, and partner integrations

• Work with credit, risk, compliance, and ops teams

• Track product metrics and improve turnaround time

• Ensure scalability, compliance, and system reliability
