Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS) - Mumbai

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management

• Strong experience working with US-based B2B SaaS customers or markets

• Proven track record of building and scaling AI-native products

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, or automation workflows

• Strong exposure to customer-facing roles (demos, discovery, solutioning)

• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, CRM schemas, SSO/SCIM

• Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making

• Ability to prototype using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, or Replit

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate AI-native product features across the deal lifecycle

• Partner with engineering and design teams to ship high-impact features

• Work closely with sales teams on solutioning and deal execution

• Run product demos, discovery calls, and solution scoping sessions

• Translate customer use cases into product requirements and features

• Own end-to-end product execution from discovery to launch and iteration

• Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve product performance

• Drive adoption through strong product rollouts and cross-functional alignment

• Build competitive intelligence and influence product roadmap decisions
