Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Bengaluru

Tenjumps is hiring a Senior ML Engineer to develop scalable AI solutions, with a focus on ML models, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI applications. Work from office in Bengaluru.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ML Engineering or Data Science

• Strong programming skills in Python (and AI-related libraries)

• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector DBs like Chroma, Qdrant, or Weaviate

• Exposure to LLMs such as OpenAI or Google Gemini

• Familiarity with tools like CrewAI, LangChain, or LangGraph

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

• Knowledge of MongoDB, Snowflake, MySQL, or SQL Server

• Experience with containerization using Docker/Kubernetes

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ML models and AI agents

• Build and deploy RAG pipelines and vector search integrations

• Optimize prompt engineering and model performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI applications

• Follow coding best practices and ensure high code quality

• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development for seamless deployment

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performance culture
