Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Java development

• Strong in Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Security

• Experience with REST APIs, Docker, Kafka, MySQL, NoSQL, Redis

• Familiar with Git, Jenkins, Jira

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Must be based in Bengaluru for in-person interviews

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed systems across multiple servers

• Define reference architecture and engineering principles

• Mentor junior engineers on planning and execution

• Identify technical improvement areas and drive change

• Continuously update with emerging technologies and best practices
