Senior Implementation Manager

Requirements
• 4+ years in implementation, professional services, or customer success in SaaS/MarTech
• Strong experience deploying chatbots, campaigns, and customer journeys (not basic channel setups)
• Demonstrated success in platform migrations from legacy or competitor systems
• Strong data handling, API familiarity, and journey orchestration know-how
• Effective communicator with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Familiar with tools like Rocketlane or Jira
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with multiple parallel projects
• Technically inclined — able to read API docs, guide integration discussions
• Understanding of marketing automation, CRM tools, and engagement KPIs
• Team player who can mentor juniors and contribute to process improvements

Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end onboarding for enterprise clients—kickoff to full go-live
• Lead strategic migrations of chatbots, journeys, and engagement campaigns
• Translate business needs into structured implementation plans
• Track delivery KPIs like go-live timelines and customer satisfaction
• Manage project communication, expectations, and check-ins
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams on integration and enablement
• Identify risks early, resolve proactively to keep projects on track
• Guide and mentor junior implementation managers
• Contribute to documentation, templates, and process standardization
• Relay client feedback to influence onboarding and product improvements
