Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as an Illustrator

• Experience working in a design agency environment

• Strong knowledge of color theory, composition, perspective, anatomy, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to adapt illustration styles as per brand guidelines

• High attention to detail and consistency

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Comfort with AI-powered creative tools for ideation and exploration

• Ability to take constructive feedback positively

Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations for websites and digital products

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to align visuals with user experience goals

• Participate in creative ideation and concept exploration sessions

• Adapt illustration styles across brands and industries

• Present illustration concepts to internal teams and clients

• Iterate on designs based on feedback

• Collaborate with motion designers for animated illustrations

• Follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas

• Manage multiple projects without compromising quality
