Senior FullStack Engineer (ReactJS / NodeJS or Python) - Pune

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience to build scalable, performant, and user-friendly applications at Copods.

Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong frontend experience in modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js or Python - Django preferred)
• Strong UI/UX implementation skills with a focus on pixel-perfect design
• Knowledge of containerisation tools like Docker
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with databases and data modeling

Responsibilities
• Develop maintainable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js or Django
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Work with designers, PMs, and engineers to gather and define project requirements
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Contribute to UI/UX discussions and deliver high-quality user interfaces

Job Details
Location: Pune
Work Type: Work from office, 5 days a week
