Senior Fullstack Engineer to build and scale core AI-native healthcare products. High ownership IC role focused on full-stack development, ML integration, and zero-to-one product execution.

Requirements
• 4–6 years total experience
• Strong full stack experience (frontend + backend)
• Strong experience in Python or Node.js
• Strong experience in React or Next.js
• Experience in building and deploying ML models
• Data engineering / data pipeline experience preferred
• Experience in early-stage / zero-to-one startups
• No MNC or large company background
• Experience building core AI products OR B2B SaaS products OR healthcare products
• Top-tier colleges preferred, open to strong startup backgrounds regardless of college
• Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and hustle mindset
• Ability to work as a strong Individual Contributor
• Onsite in Bangalore

Responsibilities
• Build end-to-end product features across frontend and backend
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services
• Design and implement responsive UI using React / Next.js
• Integrate and deploy ML models into production workflows
• Build and maintain data pipelines for AI systems
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to ship core features
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
• Take ownership of features from design to production
