Senior Fullstack Engineer (Backend & Platform Focused)

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who is backend and platform at heart but comfortable enough on the frontend to ship end-to-end. You'll own core product infrastructure, build features from design to deployment, and work closely with a small, high-signal team.

This is a work-from-office role based in Domlur, Bengaluru with hybrid flexibility on select days.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and own backend services and platform components

• Write clean, well-tested Node.js code across APIs, workers, and integrations

• Build and maintain React.js interfaces — functional and user-friendly, not pixel-perfect

• Own deployments, infra configs, and production reliability

• Work directly with the founding team — no PM overhead, high autonomy

• Participate in architecture decisions and help shape engineering culture

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of fullstack engineering experience

• Strong backend fundamentals — systems thinking, APIs, databases

• Solid Node.js experience (Express, REST, async patterns)

• Working knowledge of React.js — you can ship a functional interface without being a UI wizard

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Startup mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, fast iterations, and taking ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Prior experience at a product-based startup

• Interest in infrastructure, developer tooling, or platform engineering
