Senior Frontend Engineer (ReactJS) - Bengaluru

Design and build high-performance, polished UIs in React/Next.js that exceed user expectations at Enumerate.ai.

Requirements
• 3+ years building polished, production-grade UIs using React or Next.js
• Strong CSS mastery (Flexbox/Grid, custom properties, animation via Framer Motion or GSAP)
• Portfolio demonstrating design sensibility: hierarchy, timing, motion
• Experience building/scaling motion-aware design systems (Tailwind or Styled‑Components)
• Solid JavaScript (ES6+, async patterns, bundlers like Vite/Webpack); performance-first mindset
• Experience with REST/GraphQL API integration
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, linters; testing with Jest or Testing Library
• Commitment to accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA, reduced motion, screen-reader compatibility)
• Bonus: real-time UIs, Canvas/WebGL experience

Responsibilities
• Design and implement responsive, motion‑rich UIs in React
• Translate wireframes into accessible layouts with micro-interactions and page transitions
• Define, document, and maintain a scalable design system (including motion tokens)
• Write clean, testable React code (hooks, context, code-split optimization)
• Ensure cross‑browser consistency and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
• Optimize runtime performance (CSS delivery, code-splitting)
• Integrate REST/GraphQL endpoints
• Develop and maintain unit/integration tests
• Lead design and code reviews; collaborate with UX, Product, and Design
• Leverage AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) strategically
