Requirements
• 2+ years backend development with Python, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Built and scaled systems from scratch
• Strong system design, API, and database optimization skills
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, deployment workflows
• Proficiency with analytics and debugging tools
• Clean code mindset, ownership, and scalability focus
• Product-oriented with strong problem-solving
• Tier-1 college background (IITs, NITs, BITs) in CS or IT (mandatory)

Responsibilities
• Lead development of high-performance FastAPI backend services
• Architect DB schemas, optimize queries, ensure data consistency
• Implement Redis caching and background job pipelines
• Integrate AI/LLMs for recommendations, search, automation
• Own full feature lifecycle: concept → production → testing → iteration
• Build internal dashboards for data-driven insights
• Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams
• Maintain scalable, clean, maintainable codebase
• Debug and resolve system issues end-to-end
• Adapt and onboard new tools or tech stacks as needed
