Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field

• 5+ years of strong backend engineering experience

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and best practices

• Proficiency in a modern server-side language (TypeScript/Node.js preferred)

• Experience with distributed systems and high-performance systems

• Experience with infrastructure and system design

• Exposure to code search, code graphs, tree-sitter, or static analysis tools is preferred

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent backend systems for code analysis and review

• Integrate language models into developer workflows

• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services

• Contribute to architecture decisions and system design

• Participate in brainstorming and mentor team members

• Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI and backend engineering
