Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience as SDR/BDR in SaaS (mandatory)
Strong outbound prospecting skills across email, LinkedIn, calls, and messaging apps
Ability to qualify leads based on intent, urgency, and fit
Excellent communication and discovery skills
High ownership and accountability for pipeline generation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
Responsibilities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads effectively
Conduct first-touch and discovery calls to identify business pain points
Book high-quality meetings and ensure smooth handoff to AEs
Execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels
Experiment with messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
Contribute to defining and improving outbound playbooks
