Requirements

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Rust

• Understanding of systems programming, performance optimization, and concurrency

• Experience with low-latency systems or an interest in HFT is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, low-latency trading systems in Rust

• Optimize existing code for maximum efficiency and speed

• Collaborate with traders and researchers to implement strategies

• Build and maintain real-time market data and order execution infrastructure
