ClanX helps companies build their technology teams by connecting them with top talent globally. As an Operations Executive, you’ll be an essential part of the talent operations team, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in business, HR, or related areas).

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment operations or coordination roles.

• Familiarity with ATS systems and tools like Airtable, Notion, or Excel is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

• Send calendar invites and follow up with all stakeholders to ensure interviews happen on time.

• Handle rescheduling and last-minute changes efficiently.

2. Candidate Sharing with Clients

• Manage the process of sharing candidate profiles with clients, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Maintain a tracker for each client to track candidate submissions, interview feedback, and status updates.

3. Internal Operations Management

• Ensure candidate and client data is updated in ClanX’s internal tools (Airtable, Notion, or any ATS).

• Regularly update job progress reports for the team.

4. Communication and Follow-Up

• Act as the point of contact between clients and candidates during the recruitment process.

• Follow up on feedback from both sides to ensure timely closures.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Other Tools: You must be comfortable managing data and creating reports using Google tools.

• Attention to Detail: You double-check everything and ensure processes run smoothly.

• Strong Communication Skills: You’re clear, professional, and prompt in your communication.

• Proactive Problem-Solver: You anticipate problems before they happen and handle last-minute changes gracefully.

• Organizational Skills: You keep track of multiple candidates and clients without missing a beat.

Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar)
Work Mode: On-site (Monday to Friday)
