QA Engineer - Bangalore

Overview
We are looking for a Quality Analyst-Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications through manual and automated testing. This role is based in Bangalore.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in software testing (manual and some automation)

• Experience in mobile (Flutter) and web (React) application testing

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools

• Familiarity with SQL for data validation

• Basic knowledge of automation frameworks is a plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications

• Perform manual testing for UI, functionality, user experience, and performance across platforms

• Conduct API testing

• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (Jira/Trello)

• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues

• Perform regression testing before releases

• Validate data integrity and backend workflows

• Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency

• Work with product managers and developers to understand requirements

• Ensure test coverage for major features before releases

• Provide detailed bug reports, test reports, and quality metrics

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
