Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual + Automation) - Delhi

CapItAll is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA efforts, manage test planning and automation, validate cloud-based releases, and ensure high product quality through collaboration and precision.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in QA (manual and automation)
• Experience managing QA teams of 5–7 members
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)
• Proficient in creating and managing test plans, test cases, and quality documentation
• Hands-on experience with API and UI testing
• Proficiency in scripting languages (TypeScript, Python preferred)
• Experience with Playwright, Pytest, or similar testing frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS, device testing, object-oriented design, Bitbucket, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Postman
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities
• Lead QA efforts ensuring high-quality product delivery
• Plan and execute QA activities across the R&D process
• Validate new product features and cloud releases
• Manage QA documentation, test cases, reports, and metrics
• Collaborate with software/product teams for test planning, bug triage, and requirement discussions
• Investigate and debug client issues
• Manage automation engineers working on cloud and device testing
• Present quality KPIs and metrics to leadership
• Contribute to hands-on QA tasks based on team priorities
