Python Developer - Contract

We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer to contribute to high-impact projects in the fintech and AI-based product development domain. You will work on developing scalable systems, building robust databases, and implementing complex algorithms.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional software development experience

• Strong Python programming skills, focusing on object-oriented design and algorithms

• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL for database management

• Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalability

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement quantitative models for portfolio analysis and alpha generation

• Develop and optimize risk models to improve trade execution performance

• Build back-testing infrastructure to validate strategies and monitor performance

• Create and maintain automated databases with anomaly detection and job monitoring

• Develop advanced web scrapers for data collection and analytics

• Build interactive dashboards to visualize portfolio performance and research insights
