Product Manager - Mumbai

We are hiring a Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for Sky2C’s logistics-tech products, leading cross-functional teams and delivering value from ideation to launch (4-5 yrs experience).

Requirements
• 4-5 years of core product management experience
• Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams
• Experience with AI-powered products, preferably Agentic AI workflows
• Familiarity with logistics, freight, or B2B SaaS products preferred
• Comfortable working remotely with global teams
• Flexible for IST evening calls with U.S. teams

Responsibilities
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead product launches with clear plans and measurable outcomes
• Engage users to gather insights and translate them into product improvements
• Coordinate product efforts with design, frontend, and backend engineering
• Analyze metrics to improve UX, increase revenue, and ensure scalability
• Drive continuous product improvements based on feedback
• Lead AI-driven product initiatives and help scale strategic AI workflows
