Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management.

• Strong background in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized applications (preferred).

• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of smart contracts, tokenomics, and blockchain ecosystems (preferred).

• Prior experience in scaling products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact products.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

• Prioritize features and product enhancements based on business goals.

• Develop detailed product specifications and user stories.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and feedback.

• Stay updated with Web3 advancements and integrate them into product strategies.
