Senior Product Designer - Bangalore

Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer at Mave Health an early-stage health‑tech startup, to own UX/UI design for mobile and web, redesign our website, and shape the product’s visual experience.

Requirements
• 3–5+ years designing mobile and web apps
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Strong UX/UI and visual design skills
• Experience with basic UX research methods
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance workflow
• Prior experience in fast‑paced startup environments

Nice to have
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Motion design and microinteraction skills
• Basic familiarity with Webflow or front‑end development
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers

Responsibilities
• Lead end‑to‑end design of mobile and web apps—from UX research and wireframes to polished UI
• Redesign company website to reflect Mave’s evolving vision
• Own design decisions and create a calm, intuitive, empathetic user experience
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional team members
• Embrace ambiguity and iterate rapidly in a startup environment

Location: Onsite, HSR Layout, Bangalore

• Whiteboarding session or short design assignment
