We are hiring a Principal Engineer – AI to architect and build Gen‑AI first self‑serve marketing platforms, leading technical direction and hands‑on development to transform how marketers use data and AI.

Requirements
• 8-10 years building and scaling full‑stack, data‑driven products
• Strong backend skills (Node.js, Python) and frontend (React)
• Experience with GCP (Airflow, BigQuery, Cloud SQL)
• Skilled in data pipelines, real‑time processing, analytics
• Familiarity with Gen‑AI tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, vector DBs)
• Proven ability in architectural leadership and technical ownership
• Product mindset with bias for rapid execution and iteration
Responsibilities
• Architect, build, and ship Gen‑AI native platforms with LLMs, agents, and predictive AI
• Write code, design systems, debug, and ensure product excellence
• Mentor and lead full‑stack engineering team members
• Rapidly iterate MVPs to gather feedback and refine products
• Manage full‑stack delivery from backend pipelines to frontend UI
• Ensure multi‑tenant, cloud‑native solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards
• Collaborate with product, growth, and leadership to align technical direction with business goals
