Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in product design

• Minimum 6 years at a product-based company

• Currently working in a product-based company

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a design manager

• Experience designing gaming products is preferred

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work for scalable digital products

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead product design for RummyCircle across platforms

• Define and drive the design strategy aligned with business goals

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of designers

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders

• Ensure high-quality execution of design across all stages

• Conduct design reviews and guide user research and usability testing

• Advocate for a design-first culture within the organization
