Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering

• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling

• Experience building and deploying ML models at scale

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and cloud platforms

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Experience in commerce, QCom, or CPG is preferred

• Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, price elasticity, MMM, or promo effectiveness is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of ML models for business problems

• Guide team on feature engineering, model selection, and tuning

• Oversee productionization and scalability of ML systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions

• Ensure robustness, performance, and monitoring of deployed models

• Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers
