Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience

• Proven experience in a leadership or tech lead role

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, MongoDB, NGINX, Git

• Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

• Skilled in building cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter

• Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience delivering complex systems from concept to deployment

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, high-performance tech solutions

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers

• Oversee implementation and deployment of core systems

• Ensure code quality, performance, and security

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech goals with business needs
