Lead Fullstack Engineer

Overview

Hudl is hiring an Engineering Technical Lead in Goregaon, Mumbai, with 8–10 years of experience (including 1–2 years in technical leadership) to improve sports analysis workflows, mentor engineers, and develop full-stack solutions.

Requirements

1. 8–10 years of experience in full-stack or backend development.

2. 1–2 years in a technical leadership role.

3. Proficiency in one or more of the following:

   • Frontend: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Vue.js, Angular, HTML, CSS.

   • Backend: Python, Java, C#, GoLang, Node.js, Ruby, Kotlin, Rust.

   • Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB.

   • Cloud/DevOps: AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.

4. Strong technical leadership in system design, architecture, and mentoring engineers.

5. Excellent English communication skills.

6. In-office role (Goregaon, Mumbai) – 5 days a week.

7. Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Nice-to-Have

1. Experience with cross-cultural remote teams.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop full-stack web features with cross-functional teams.

2. Optimize training tools, data workflows, and operational processes for sports analysts.

3. Mentor engineers, guide architecture, and drive technical improvements.

4. Deploy frequent updates in a fast-paced development environment.
