Requirements

1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

2. 7+ years in full stack development with expertise in Python (Django) for backend and ReactJS or Flutter for frontend

3. Experience in CI/CD, version control (Git), API development, and scalable system design

Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor frontend and backend engineers, ensuring best development practices

2. Develop and maintain backend using Python (Django) and frontend using ReactJS and Flutter

3. Build and optimize APIs, data pipelines, and interactive user interfaces

4. Work closely with founders and product teams to deliver seamless solutions
