Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development

• Proficiency in .NET Framework, Blazor, C#, and transitioning to .NET 8/9

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Services

• Strong coding practices and design pattern knowledge

• Ability to lead teams and set coding standards

• User-centric and problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of 5–6 engineers ensuring timely delivery

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs

• Write scalable, production-ready code

• Implement best practices and quality standards

• Contribute to architecture and design decisions

• Conduct testing to maintain software quality
