Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning roles

• Proven expertise in NLP, speech recognition, or conversational AI

• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks

• Experience in deploying ML models into production at scale

• Solid understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and A/B testing

• Prior experience leading data science teams or cross-functional AI projects

• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the Pune office until the Bangalore office is established

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models for CozmoX AI voice employees

• Drive data strategy and model accuracy improvement across various use cases

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production

• Mentor junior data scientists and foster a strong ML research and experimentation culture

• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, especially in voice and NLP technologies

• Set data best practices, quality standards, and help scale data infrastructure

Job Details
Location: Pune (initially mandatory), option to relocate to Bangalore once the office is established
