Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience

• Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS

• Strong skills in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch

• Experience with Neptune and Gremlin

• Proven team leadership and project management skills

• Solid understanding of scalable backend systems

• Prior experience in architecture and database design

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-6 backend engineers

• Develop scalable systems using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS

• Manage and optimize databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB

• Work with Elasticsearch, Neptune, and Gremlin

• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards

• Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams

• Oversee project planning and resource management
