Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in client-facing technical support roles
Willing to hustle and work across multiple time zones
Open to managing and mentoring a small team
Responsibilities
Handle customer issues related to Blotout’s JavaScript SDKs and integrations
Communicate clearly with customers to understand and resolve technical problems
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex issues
Lead a small team of junior engineers and scale the team as we progress
Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality technical support
