Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a fulltime analyst or similar role
Background in consulting, market research, brand roles, or analytics
Junior Data Analysts from strong product-based companies or startups are welcome
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize data into clear insights
Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct structured research and intelligence gathering
Analyze data, trends, and signals to generate insights
Support strategic and operational decision-making
Prepare intelligence reports, summaries, and presentations
Work closely with senior team members on key initiatives
