Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience.

• Proven experience as Head of Engineering or in leading engineering teams.

• Strong coding skills and deep understanding of scalable architectures.

• Experience working in startups; ex-founders are highly valued.

• Passionate about technology and up-to-date with latest tech trends.

• Strong background in hiring, mentoring, and managing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering team to support company scale.

• Hire, mentor, and manage high-performing tech talent.

• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the product roadmap.

• Ensure the adoption of modern engineering practices and tools.

• Guide architectural decisions and contribute to core coding as needed.

• Drive team alignment, productivity, and continuous improvement.
