We are hiring a Business Development Lead to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and growth initiatives for Copods. The role involves handling the complete sales cycle for IT services and design-led engineering projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Lead

  • Prior experience in IT services, software development companies, or design agencies

  • Strong understanding of software services business and global markets

  • Experience handling complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and presentations

  • Comfortable representing the company at conferences and industry events

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or equivalent

  • Strong project management and multitasking skills

  • Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across global markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to deal closure

  • Develop customised outreach and follow-up strategies for target accounts

  • Collaborate closely with leadership on business growth initiatives

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Coordinate discovery calls, presentations, and client meetings

  • Represent the company at networking events and tech conferences

  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates

  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to align client requirements
