Requirements

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience

• Experience working on backend systems for video platforms or streaming products

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures

• Experience handling high traffic consumer applications

• Familiarity with video delivery, content pipelines, or recommendation systems is preferred

• Strong coding and problem-solving skills

• Engineers actively using AI coding tools like Cursor preferred

• Good understanding of system performance and reliability

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable backend systems for video/content platforms

• Design APIs and backend services for high-performance applications

• Improve platform scalability, latency, and reliability
