Requirements

• 2+ years of professional backend development experience

• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language

• Understanding of distributed systems is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Willingness to learn and curiosity to explore how systems work

• Clear communication and collaborative attitude

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of new product features and backend systems

• Design and maintain scalable backend APIs and fund management systems

• Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on quality and performance

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers

• Work closely with product teams to turn ideas into valuable features
