Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in production NLP/ML systems

• Strong hands-on experience with RAG pipelines (retrieval, chunking, re-ranking, prompting)

• Experience building evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs

• Solid Python skills with production-grade code

• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude)

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, or similar frameworks

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ElasticSearch, pgvector)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

• Strong understanding of system design, latency, and cost trade-offs

• Currently working at a product based organisation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RAG pipelines from retrieval to generation

• Design and improve evaluation frameworks and quality metrics

• Build and optimize agentic workflows and LLM integrations

• Manage context, orchestration, latency, and cost efficiency

• Collaborate with backend teams to productionize NLP systems

• Translate research advancements into production-ready systems

• Continuously improve pipeline performance and reliability
