Associate Product Manager

Overview:  
Sky2C is seeking an Associate Product Manager with 3-4 years of experience in the Fulfillment, Logistics, or Marketplace sectors to join our Mumbai team. You will support product strategy and drive the development of impactful product experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet market needs and achieve business goals.

Requirements:  

• 3-4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in Fulfillment, Logistics, or Marketplace sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of success in product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:  

• Product Strategy & Execution: Contribute to shaping and executing the web product strategy, prioritizing features and managing development cycles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and business teams to implement and optimize product initiatives.
• Market Research & Feedback Analysis: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to ensure product relevance and competitive edge.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high product quality standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and engagement.
