Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering

• Expertise in real-time ML inference and GPU optimization (CUDA, Tensor)

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch

• Experience in data engineering, CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)

• Knowledge of LLMs and enterprise AI solutions

• Hands-on experience in cloud and on-premise ML deployment

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and deploy ML models for real-time voice AI

• Improve inference pipelines for low-latency performance

• Build scalable data pipelines for ML models

• Implement CI/CD for continuous training and deployment

• Integrate LLMs for enterprise use cases

• Monitor model performance and lead AI/ML team
