Requirements

• 6+ years in engineering with strong experience in AI/ML systems in production

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and recommendation systems

• Strong backend and system design fundamentals

• Experience building scalable, high-performance systems

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and AI tooling ecosystems

• Ability to work across product, engineering, and business teams

• Prior experience in EdTech, marketplace, or SaaS is preferred

• Strong ownership mindset and execution focus

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable AI infrastructure and systems

• Lead development of AI-first products across the platform

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, agents, and recommendation engines

• Drive technical decisions and system architecture

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team

• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver impactful solutions

• Improve efficiency across student counseling and university workflows

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems
