Job description
Consuma is hiring its first Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and drive enterprise sales across consumer-facing industries. The role involves building pipeline, running demos, negotiating deals, and closing enterprise customers.

Requirements
3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
Experience selling to CXO-level stakeholders in large enterprises.
Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach skills.
Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch.
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
Experience in Martech or selling to marketing, brand, or consumer insights teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
Engage with marketing, brand, insights, and transformation leaders across enterprises.
Understand enterprise research challenges and adopt a consultative selling approach.
Identify customer pain points and position solutions through value-based selling.
Conduct contextual product demos tailored to the prospect’s category and research needs.
Navigate complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals including CXOs, buyers, influencers, and users.
